Gabby really made my day. This was my first time storing anything and to be honest I didn't really know how to feel about it. Gabby reassured me that everything was going to be fine, and talked me through the process. She went over everything she could, including the lease, and reassured me that the cylinder lock was a great and secure choice. Thanks again Gabby.

Moving in was a breeze. They were very helpful even when I received miss-information on my first bill and fixed it right away. The irritation I got was when I moved out. I moved all of my things during the span of one day and night. I planned to call on Monday to close my account and by Sunday morning I had received an email with my "move out receipt". I thought to myself "well that's great, I didn't even tell them I was moving out... but I'll call Monday just to be sure my account is closed"...Which I did, and when I explained the email to the lady on the phone (not Gabby), she was extremely rude. She kept on asking for my Driver's license number (which heaven forbid I didn't have memorized!) I told her I had the email with my account number on it and would that do...to which she quickly replied "your driver's license number is on the front of your drivers license" (well news flash...I'm a grown educated adult! I know where to find my license number! I had just moved and to be honest I was just opening up my computer and didn't even know where my purse was from the crazy weekend!) I tried to give her the Public Storage account number from my email...Nope, nothing would do other than my damn drivers license number! After getting rude comment after rude comment, I finally found my license and gave her the coveted number (which I had no problem finding thanks to her professional guidance) she hurriedly said that my account balance was zero and my account was closed and to have a nice day...then hung up. I don't know what this lady's name was, I know it wasn't Gabby, but be careful....she's cranky today!! I don't understand what I said to tick her off, but clearly she doesn't belong in customer service. Moral of this long story is to have your drivers license number memorized or else!!!

I came in to look at some prices on a few units this morning. Kristina was very informative and helped me with all my questions i had. When i am ready to move i will definitely choose this location. Kristina was very polite and helpful.
