Extra Space Storage

Extra Space Storage employee Jim helped us at the Gravois location. He was very helpful. I was definitely in a bind as another storage unit at another storage provider fell through and was not accessible. I called this location at the last minute and Jim waited around for me to allow me to get a unit for my family members possessions. I really appreciate his help, he not only provided outstanding and courteous service but he worked very quickly to help me and my family with our needs! Thanks Jim!

Doing business with Jim was great.He Was able to answer all the questions. The process was simple.I Been a customer now for about 6 months. This month I changed my unit to a bigger one. Being treated with respect gives me every reason to keep doing business with extra space storage.Thanks Jim

Jim was awesome!! I really didn't know what I was doing and he walked me through several scenarios and gave me a minute to pick one. He showed me my unit and several supplies which was very helpful.

I am a returning customer. I had a good experience last time I was here and knew I would get a nice, secure storage locker, at a reasonable price with friendly staff. Jim was super nice and extremely helpful!

Store Manager Jim Melber and Assistant Manager Earl Kovacs are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am moving to another state and needed large boxes. They took the time to discuss my moving needs. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage for any and all packing and moving needs.
