This is a great facility. The staff is always friendly and prompt with service. The property is clean. Probably the best facility that I have used for storage.

I was going to rent at the huge shiny new storage place (Extra Space Storage) just a couple miles west f Public Storage on Watson but was 100% turned off by a very snotty customer service person when I asked simply if they match prices with Public Storage on exact units. She almost laughed as she explained how amazing their customer service was why they didn't need to match prices. I thought that was funny because since you normally are in and out of a storage facility without having much interaction with the staff, what counts most as far as their customer service is your initial contact with them which wasn't going very well at Extra Space. The person on the phone at Public Storage was much more courteous and happy to answer my questions and invited me over for a look. I was able to secure a price online for the unit that I wanted and that was less expensive than going to the store first. The agent at Public Storage discovered that I could actually get a bigger unit, a 10 x 15 for the price of the 10 x 10. Their facility is a little older, but other than a janky button that lets you out of the gate everything looked clean, nice and in working order. I was extremely happy with the size and location of my inside unit and they seem very easy to work with.

Andrea was mire than helpful. She was certainly thorough and thoughtful with my senior ways. I needed repeating and she was patient and made sure I understood all. Thanks
