Been with them 4 years the people have always been nice. They work with you most the time they won't charge late fees and they don't charge if you lose your key. They are very nice and friendly and make you feel welcome

I would recommend this facility to a friend. My unit was in their new section behind QT so everything was clean and shiny when I moved my stuff in. Ian the manager was very polite, and I liked his little dog Kobe. Definitely a cleaner facility than the one down the street from this one.
