Everyone at iStorage on Rock was exceptionally nice and helpful! I had a unit with them for a year and always appreciated the helpful reminders to pay my bill on time. Very easy process to open and close an account as well as pay my bill online or over the phone.

We pay for our boat and camper to be stored at iStorage on Rock Road. They called to tell us our camper had been broken in to. The door was pried open, damaging the frame, the battery was stolen and the wires cut. The employee told us to call the police to file a report so they could have the report number which we did. Then a few days later they told us they don’t cover outdoor storage and won’t even cover our deductible if we use our own insurance. We also noticed and informed them of another missing battery on a camper near ours so I’m sure they were screwed over as well. If we are paying for storage their insurance should cover damages/theft on their “secure” property!

Jennifer was very very nice and helpful at the front and even helped jumpstart my car and air the tires up in the freezing cold! If you need any type of storage needs iStorage is the place to go!!

I was locked in last Friday December 9, 2022. I called the 800 number and basically hung up on and have not heard back. Why was I granted access then locked in 4 minutes after 10 PM I had to call the police to get out. I have tried to reach out to the storage to get some understanding but am not able to get ahold to anyone. If you want to be locked in a storage facility and be scared to death. Try this one
