I had a nightmare experience with public storage which is located in 6805 E harry street wichita. I wish that I can give 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give 1 star. Customer service was very rude and not friendly. The issue was when I try to book a space through online, it automatically took me to vehicle storage without my knowledge, I did not mean to book vehicle storage and I realized that I booked vehicle storage when I went to talk to the property manager, and I was explained my whole situation to property manager but she and public storage did not listen to it. I did not even use for one day and still they took my money I asked them to transfer what I needed but they did not even consider about it and ask me to start from the scratch and ask me to pay double the amount. This public storage is serious SCAM. They are giving some attractive discounts and stealing our money. Please be aware of this public storage SCAM. Do not lose your money like me.

The employee is the sweetest. The company as a whole wouldn’t recommend. They do not prorate when you move out. The units are already overpriced. Take you business to extraspace storage ! $160 for 6days

Shout out to Natalie at 6805 E Harry St, Wichita, Kansas, Public Storage, for making us feel at ease while we were searching around for a storage unit on a whim. The unit was clean and was able to fit everything we needed to put inside of it. The property was also very picked up and well managed. She was very polite and helped so much with everything we needed to know and everything went through great! Very professional. Thank you! 10/10 Would recommend.

When you go in ask for Ashley she will help you out with what you need without all the b.s and she is very friendly and sweet

I received a call from Natalie, Manager of the Harry Street Public Storage facility to confirm my new storage unit. I was on the Public Storage website and was having trouble trying to complete online information. Natalie was so helpful and knowledgeable and stayed on the line with me until everything was complete.
