Went there tonight. Almost walked passed it because it was usually too expensive for my taste, but a dress caught my eye so I went in.  Was pleasantly surprised that they had switched to a factory store. They should definitely advertise that better. I tried on a few things and asked the male sales rep to please find me a different size in a dress I liked. I went back to the dressing room and waited over 10 minutes before leaving the room to find where he ran off to. Found him on a tablet by the registers. He looked up briefly to tell me they didn't have my size. Dude, I was waiting for you to come back. Very poor customer service. They lost a sale tonight.

Terrable place to shop. They wouldn’t return a tie because it was purchased at a different location a week earlier.
