I have always loved Macy's because of the history of the store and it's reputation however I was rather dissatisfied with the service at the men's section today. I understand they were very busy but it would have been nice to have more assistance with selecting a suit jacket besides a very quick fitting and a point in the direction of one brand. We did not end up purchasing anything.

I find it just overwhelming. At least in women's clothing...too much and too confusing for a not serious shopper. Messy and not my idea of fun. Sales help was very pleasant, though.

Love, love, love this store! Amazing choice, great customer service and the store says, "welcome to high end goods at everyones budget!" Best store in a chain of very blah stores!
