J & J Beauty Supply

I normally don't give reviews but I went into J & J Beauty Supply store today to purchase a wig for the first time and I had the best experience. The young lady that assisted me was extremely helpful, patient and professional. I don't know the young lady's name but her knowledge of the store's inventory and knowing how to place and style the wigs I tried on made my first experience with buying a wig a very pleasant one! Also, I had to pick up a few other hair care products and J & J had everything I needed very neatly stocked and organized. I highly recommend J & J Beauty Supply store with all of your beauty product needs. I HAVE FOUND MY BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE!!!

I FREQUENT this Beauty supply store because it is convenient and they have a large selection. But if you were looking for good customer service from the owners/Asian workers, you are at the wrong place. I am here on a regular basis . So much so that they know my face. At Christmas time they give a calendar with 10% off coupons. I spend hundreds of dollars here a month. Today I spent over $50 and used one of those coupons. I went to my car and realized I forgot something so I went back in to pick up those couple of things. The girl at the register says, weren’t you just in here? I said yes, actually I was but I forgot a couple things. Can you apply that coupon? Of course she says no. That’s just not good customer service to me. The discount would have only been $1.30 but it’s about the principle. They care nothing about customer service.

This beauty supply store has EVERYTHING! I was driving around Atlanta looking for a specific crotchet hair and only found it here. I dropped one star because I think the location is sketchy.
