Beauty Master Riverdale

Place is very clean and organized. I shop mostly at the makeup section and everything was clean and organized, well stocked. I did ask these two employees to help me find a leave in oil for my hair but they were unresponsive for a min and kept looking at me while she was "thinking". They did end up helping me but I feel like they shouldn't have taken so long to respond. Other than that the cashier girl was very nice and held my items as I went to shop for more stuff. I will come back again this shop is a MUA paradise if you want disposable mascara wands, lip wands, eyelash glue and other disposable items you might need in your kit.

HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! My best friend was fired because the manager, Ms. Jennifer, used the “N” word and she simply said she should have said it in Korean if she didn’t want them to understand her. The majority of the African American is black so you can see how this is very offensive! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!

The staff is polite but has No knowledge on closures when asked.

Very large well supplied with lots of affordable hair product bargains. Just read the price tags carefully as some items could be in the wrong place and they do not honor that price tag.

UPDATE!!! I've managed a high end hair store in Missouri five years years! This location deserves to be SHUT DOWN if restaffing isn’t possible. The staff is still just as ghetto and rude as the previous location. The employees still have absolutely no knowledge of products hair or PRICES! Just because you change locations doesn’t make your staff any better it’s like putting a bandaid over a pothole on the ground... anywho...I asked a worker for the price of a dress it took her 20 minutes to figure it out andwith an attitude she told me I needed to look through the whole rack of dresses to find the price hidden in a tag in one dress out of a rack full!i waited anouther half hour to get a price check on hair. The girl who got an attitude over having to price check the dress overcharged my credit card and said it was my fault and laughed when I asked to speak to a manager. Apparently there were 3 “managers” who all bickered over giving me my money back & we’re confused how to resolve the issue while the little moron laughed the whole time until I offered to slap the smile off of her face. The 3 “managers” were very short and rude and unknowledgeable and were playing and talking amongst each other rather than helping myself and other customers get hair from the wall and prices and etc....the desperately need restaffing! Also the staff looks unkept I understand no dress code at work but your clothes should at least be clean and fit properly and if you’re working in a hair store YOUR HAIR SHOULD BE DONE!!! Then again Riverdale is a very ghetto area so you should NOT expect much🤷🏾‍♀️ Face palm...
