When I enter the store the young lady asked me, if I need help? I stated no I was just looking. The older lady stated what you looking for, I asked her could I just shop she said yes I was just asking .She was rude and nasty as she stare me down like I wanted to take something, so of course I left out the store. I went to the next door to shop I came back in because I was not going to let her mess up my blessing, I had just left church. I voice my concerns to the young lady that lady is very rude, she tried to make excuses for her because she been in business over 50 years and I told her that was no excuse for this lady she is rude and she needs to learn customer service. You do not speak to another person regardless of what you think of a person, she just profile for just trying to buy hair vitamin. The area is very nice except for this Sally and I have been too many many Sally shops and this had never happen before.

Tried to apply to work here. Everyone was rude and not helpful. Looked at my physical application with disgust. Told me they were going paperless and to apply online. Went to do so only to find that it is impossible. The site literally says to print and bring applications to the stores. Called to tell them this and see if they could help. First person on phone did not have an answer and without saying anything passed the phone to someone else who asked 5 or 6 times who I was as if I had called their personal phone. Once they finally asked about the problem I was having I explained and could hear them back away from the phone talking to someone else saying that they "dont know what to say". Then they said the website has been doing that and to call their main office and after a moment of silence just hung up. The people working at this store are incompetent and rude and if I never go back to that store it will still be too soon.

Pretty good spot except for one employee that is never friendly. Other wise its a good store for beauty supplies

The WORST Sallys I've ever been in!!! I asked for a little advice on color and the older African American woman gave me such an attitude like she couldn't believe I was asking her stuff and hated answering anything. Not to mention they literally followed me around the store and stood beside me as I'm looking through deep conditioners as if I'm going to steal something. I am beyond livid! I am a paying customer and I've never felt so unwelcome in my entire life in a place of business. Please save your money and shop at a place that values and respects customers.

Will never return to this store. Cashier was beyond rude to me, while I had seen her being very friendly and helpful to other customers. Was overcharged at register, with no apologies. Will try Target or Walmart next time.
