I'm not the type of person who does reviews on businesses, we all have bad days and I myself have my own business but I've had enough! I been coming to Sally's for a while, but the past few months the staff has been rude and unprofessional. Today I came in a a lady I've never seen before (I'm assuming she's new) was the only one that was professional and friendly and when I asked her a question about nail polish she said I honestly don't know, so I appreciated her advice. I had a $10 off coupon for any purshase so of course I wanted to get the most for my coupon so I asked the girl if she could hold my stuff while I looked for something, I kept coming back to the front asking the same girl to ring up items for a price check cause the store was very messy and alot of items were out of place so I had to check on the price! I guess she must of gone on break so I asked the other lady, if she could check a price on a shampoo cause one said 9.99 and the other one was regular price, she went to the isle and yell can you come here and show me cause I don't see it so I went and showed her where it was she grabbed the shampoo and brought it to the front for price check, she did it and said we can't keep doing this it's against our policy, and I told her I'm sorry I've never had a problem before ringing up items that didn't have a price, and she responded with rudely and with an attitude and said well I have a problem and I'm the store manager... I come to Sally's on a regular basis and always spend between 50-150... today I spent over $100 but today is the last they'll see of me and my money. I give them 1 star for the girl who first helped me out, but the "store manager" (Dua, Duel, Duella) can't remember her name gets 0

To the staff at this store: when you engage yourself in a childish behavior of gossiping about others, plotting against people, belittling people and insulting people you expose yourself to be devilish; as well as exposing insecurities about yourself. No one on staff but the manager has a state license to give hair care/color products advice. It's illegal to practice cosmetology without a state license. Customers are stupid to ask non license individuals for hair/product advice. It's the blind leading the blind.
Customers should ask if a associate is state license before asking questions about color, or hair advice.
Secrects about this store: There's no cameras so various customers come to steal products in the store. The white women do it more than black people and only a few Latinas come to steal. When you see grown people wearing backpacks, that's where they place the stolen items. When women come in with open big purses they place stolen items in their purses.
The black people that come to steal will use their own kids to steal for them. I caught 2, 10 year olds getting ready to steal a item. The 1 kid had a backpack getting ready to take items. Once they were caught they left and never came back.
The Latinas would play the I can't speak English game as well as use others that came in with them to distract you so the other party can steal. Black people use this tactic too.
This store has been robbed before in the past, so customers shop at their own risk.
Check this companies BBB ratings out, it's 1.9. Enough said.

Friendly, helpful staff happy to take the time too help you find what you need and explain how to use any purchases. And great selection of unique hair colors!

Let's be clear. This is not the stores fault. It is either management or corporate. There are prices posted on the shelf that don't take effect for four days! This is just BAD retail business!
