Great place for me to purchase my hair products. Unfortunately, this store did not have want i wanted so I had to improvise. There is always a sale. What would have cost me $8.00 somewhere else cost $6.00 here. Great customer service from attendant. Plus I received a free makeup bag for my purchase... Free stuff is always Great!

For legal purposes I won't give the managers name. I called this store to obtain the District Managers phone number and this manager asked what happened in my situation before she could give out the DM's, number. I told her the situation and vented about the associate who caused the issue. Little did I know this manager had me on speaker phone allowing everyone to hear my concerns. Then she called her District manager and used my concerns against me to attack the situation I went through and caused more issue and losses. To the manager of this location of Fayetteville ga., No weapons formed against me shall prosper! Your evil against me God will use it for my good. To the public: make sure you ask if the associates who work for this company are state license stylist before asking for hair care advice. Asking a person off the street about your hair is like the blind leading the blind. This is a mediocre company with mediocre employees.
