Jack in the Box

Look, it's fast food. The difference here is the staff. Every time I go through the drive-through, they are friendly. I can tell they are short staffed sometimes because I'll have to wait a bit longer but they always are very nice.Food: 3/5

This was my first time experiencing jack in the box and damn the hype is real, I tried their cheeseburger and it was delicious, their mini churos hit the spot for that nice desert at the end of a great meal that is equally great, didn't get to try their shakes but overall recommend!!Food: 5/5

I've been here a couple times this past week with a friend. We've dined in and went through drive through. Not sure if it's the location but we've had nothing but the most rude customer service I've ever seen. I don't recommend this location.

i wasnt allowed to add a 5 piece chicken nuggets in the window becuz it was rushed hour on a sunday at 530pm, when their was only 2 cars behind me. Rude lady, her name is vivian, she didnt acknowledge her eyes to me

Ok... I gave this place a lower than normal rating only because their machine did not make their signature thick milkshake.. The shake was bad.. Normally, Jack in a Box has great milkshakes.. I just wont go back to this particular location..

The best drive-thru experience ever had with Jack in the box! Staff professional friendly and food done perfectly to order.

Best mini churros and cheesecakes I've ever had. Also don't know how but their burgers are as good as Lenny's but they do mess up the order occasionally.

Hit or miss experience with the staff here. Had issues with ordering through the app and an employees unwillingness to solve it. Also have had better and average experiences here. The inside is clean, drive through is fast and the restaurant is conveniently located by the highway. Overall this location is ok.

9/22/21 There is always something with this place.. within the last 2 weeks I had issues with them. I go after work because they are one of the only places that serve lunch at 5am. The first time, They had a system update, so they weren't taking orders Second time, no debit or credit Third time, the fryer is down Fourth time, "due to being short staffed we aren't taking any orders" And then today, they had yellow cones blocking the drive thru.. Why be a 24hr service, if you can't provide the service!! Very irritating!! UPDATE 10/6/21: still not 24hr service.. this time they have a sign up saying sorry we are closed.. this is at 5:10am 10/12/21: Went at 4am this time. Apparently there is a "daily system update at 4am" I swear it's just excuse after excuse.. they have someone in the building so why aren't they helping customers out.
