Subway

Came in for lunch with my family and got our daughter a kids meal. We did not receive a kids drink or the apple slices.we were told that the kids meal drinks and everything is separate I ask so we have to pay for the kids sandwich, kids drink, and apple slices separately work said yes I was disappointed in the service. If this was the case we could have gone else where.

I’ve come to this location several times in the last 6 months and the restaurant area is always very clean. The food is always very fresh. The customer service has always been superb and the employees are super helpful. They are a bit busy but always kind and helpful.

Completed a mobile order and it said about 20 min until order was ready. I walked in 5 min later order was just finished. Came home to the best looking sun from subway I’ve ever seen and was perfect. The girl working at the time blonde girl was extremely polite and definitely took her time and did not rush. She deserves a raise.Food: 5/5

I went to this location and was wow’d by the service I received. My sandwich was fresh and the customer service was great. I didn’t get her name but she had tattoos with black hair, it was her friendliness and how attentive she was with my order. Definitely a 10/10 experience Food: 5/5

The girl with the neck tattoo has horrible customer service, even though it’s dead inside you could tell she didn’t want us there from her demeanor. I asked for a build your own sub that I get every time I go here which was told is unavailable to do anymore. What if I don’t want double cheese and double turkey but I want a classic build your own with 8 slices of turkey… if people don’t wanna work there, they should get fired like this woman.

Rae was very friendly curtious fast clean and had great customer service. I will be back 2 to 3 times a week. Tell her keep up the good work.Food: 5/5

This is the third time I've had terrible food and poor service from this facility. The new people they hire are working alone, are untrained, and are making bad subs. I had to walk the sandwich artist through my order while assisting to keep them calm. This location should close if you cannot provide a quality product. It's not the fault of the workers. I will be supporting a small business in my area for my daily sub going forward. Shame on you Subway.

We are neighborhood people. We've watched this Subway go from bad to worse, but today was the worst ever. I ordered a turkey with swiss, toasted. I got a blob of turkey, no cheese, and the bread turned hard as a rock. I ordered a Mexican subway that had no flavor. Although there is a machine to slice the meat like the competitors do they don't do it at this Subway. The girl was nice, and it always makes me sad that one girl is there all by herself. The place is clean as a whistle. I wish I could say the food were good. But it's not. I'm going to add to this review. I went back to this Subway for the first time in forever. Yes, the place is clean. The girls were nice, although one was on her cell phone the entire time I was there. It was the first day for the other girl, who was helpful and very very nice. HOWEVER, the food is awful! They put up a metal shield so you can't watch them create your sandwich any more, which means you have absolutely no control of what you get or don't get. I ordered a ham and turkey and cheese. Pretty simple, right? Only no turkey. The cheese melted into one blob on the bread. I also ordere a Mexican that was without flavor and a complete disappointment. I guess it was worth it to try this location one more time before giving up on it entirely. Don't waste your time and money at this Subway. It's not worth it.

Service was average, Quality was horrible, I asked if he could toast the bread before he put the meatballs on first but he didn't toast the bread and did what he wanted to do, They except no coupons commercial nor paper, My opinion of this store is poor at the best.
