Best fast food burger I've had in a LONG TIME!!! Think this is a new location. It was hot and great tasting. We be back.

Quick and polite BUT it seems the food was redropped. Everything was hot, however the onion rings were extra crunchy, fries tasted old, and the mozzarella sticks were rubbery.

Honestly sweetest customer service ever. Kimberlan i believe is her name , she’s genuinely polite and kind. I can tell I’ve been in customer service for many years. Thank you for you customer service.

Hit or miss... This unit is square in the middle of "get it right all the time" and "God their shake machine never works"... Staff is usually pretty cool, but I've definitely run into a few short orders and missing ranch. All in all, 6 out 10

This particular location has a drivethru that is fairly fast. Good tacos.

They didn't screw up my order and my food want burnt, honestly much better than many of the Jack hole places I've been. They even included enough napkins for each order! I didn't have to beg for just one. Drive through was good speed.

The only real issue was a mix up on my order. Wanted the regular popcorn chicken, got the spicy. Didn't see the receipt until we were down the road.
