jack pirtles

Used to eat chicken and rice bowls all the time growing up, they were soo good. I think recently it tasted saltier than I remember so i’m a little iffy on getting another one, but i love em. May give it another chance soon or may try something new.

I'm a native and grew up on Jack Pirtle's and that was not it. It lack seasoning that would make you kick your fingers. Very disappointed. Bring the original recipe back. Plus side is Drive thru and food was piping hot.Food: 2/5

"VERY BAD" HATED,IT" experience..... Mt Mariah location. Going Through the drivethru, I paid for my food & was told to pull around and someone would bring my food out. I pulled around and saw other people waiting for their food. Then, I saw the cook outback smoking a cigarette. After waiting 15 minutes for my food and 15 minutes at the drivethru,I walked to the window and got my money back, and other people did the same. "Nobody wants to wait an hour at a fast food drivethru".......

Bring back Mr Cordelle’s original recipe, this now has more salt and less spice. The very best in Memphis, wish they were nationwide

I ordered 2 12 piece gizzard dinners For me and my son They were extremely hard like little rocks. They were not even fit for human consumption They were too hard to chew. Also they were not full pieces of gizzards. They only gave us little chunks as you could see in the picture This happens too frequently at the Mt Moriah location. .

The employees sitting in the back of the building while the drive thru lines in the street they having a good time while we sit in line for over thirty minutes the managers need to step and manage better

3 Piece combo with fries,gravy and two biscuits. And a large drink. Added two jalapenos peppers.

The food was dry, and nasty. It was too early in the day for the bone to be black. The clerk also appeared to be irritated and basically ignored us. She was taking other orders while serving us at the same time. I threw the food away.. Buyer beware.

The food is always hot that I can say, but they need a little more seasoning on their food it taste bland like they just dropped it hot grease and that's all.. Then the gravy taste like grease mixed with flour no taste at all. Please improve on the taste of your food.

My wife loves the chicken livers. After driving to 2 different locations because of long, slow moving lines We finally got what we came for.Food: 4/5
