UNIT - We rented a large, climate controlled unit for almost a year as we were in transition after selling our home. I am so happy that we chose this location - very professional, secure, clean & easy to access TRUCK - We also utilized the Truck moving in & moving out - FIVE stars on that as well! Easy, easy, easy to rent and came with a 2-wheel dolly, a 4-wheel dolly, and moving blankets. Very affordable and WAY better than UHaul. BRANDON B - 10 STARS We moved out of our unit on one of the most humid & hot days of this year, and Brandon went above and beyond. He checked on us to make sure we were okay in the heat, and brought us cold waters. It was so very, very appreciated! I hope Jack Rabbit knows what an absolute GEM of an employee he is - GREAT customer service!!!! THANK YOU BRANDON for making a hard move a little easier!!!! We appreciated it! Should we ever need to utilize a Storage Center again, it will be this location, hands down. :

I have used self-storage up and down the east coast, from Maine to Florida, Texas, Mississippi, and Virginia NORVA and Hampton Roads, over the last 40 years. This storage location is by FAR the BEST experience I've ever had! Clean, secure, friendly, and more important, competent! BRANDON, and his staff, exhibit nothing but integrity in their delivery of professionalism! In fact, after just one month, and numerous visits, I'm moving my other unit of long term storage off of Greenbrier, near the moving truck place over to Jack Rabbit. Prices are fair and competitive, doors roll up/down like they are new, gate works EVERY TIME. Even more important, the facility is well lit, inside and out, and clean! I have been with this location for a long time. I have to say my experience got so much better when the new manager Brandon took over. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

So this is the best moving place to go! The price is perfect for what I was looking for! Free rental and now climate control. You can’t beat it! Brandon was a great help and I would’ve been lost without his help. Perfect choice to store your belongings. Don't even look anywhere else.

Brandon was absolutely amazing. He helped find the right size storage unit for my needs and made the process very easy. Great personality!

Update: The corporation has the ability to change your contract and based on how they feel the business should operate. Do note: What is written in your contract can be redacted at their will and you will be told to comply with their requirements... Unless you tell them you will report it to WAVY, in which case, they will honor their contract. I feel that their service was great until it became an issue on new requirements and them not wanting to honor a ~2 month old contract renewal/resigning. Beware to the consumer. Today is my first day here. I have to admit that the staff and Check in process is seamless. I can say with a high degree of confidence that this rental unit will be managed accordingly. I'm glad to have chosen this place for our storage needs. It is also nice to know that management lives on property.

Brandon, the new resident manager is AMAZING. Easiest manager as in he lives on the property and does constant surveillance. Awesome. He gave my deploying husband a slight military discount. He was super personal, very friendly personality, knows us by name, offers water every office visit. Very happy. Once we had an issue with our gate code and they were very prompt fixing it. Isaiah was awesome too. Always on the cart driving around checking up on things. He’s always there. He gave me personal instructions on how to open my unit door.

I talked with Olivia and she was very helpful my husband was very pleased. We will definitely be switching from our current location to this one in the next few weeks.
