Jackson Park

This is my second year as a resident at Jackson Park and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The concierge team is truly best-in-class — they go above and beyond to make sure residents have a seamless experience and address everything in a timely manner and always with a friendly smile!. The leasing agents and management are consistently responsive to my outreach and have been nothing but helpful. Thank you to the whole Jackson Park team for making Jackson Park feel like home!

I’ve been a resident of Jackson Park for a year now and can not be more happy with the service of the building. I’ve always been welcomed with a big smile at the front desk. Concierge guys help me with heavy bags and any favors I ever ask. Maintenance of the apartment has always been done in a timely manner. For the past 12 years I’ve been moving around NY many times and without a doubt Jackson park provides the best service I ever had. Couple of my friends just moved to this building as well. I would highly recommend Jackson Park to anyone.

Good experience, buildings surrounded together to form a small community, so there is a small park can take a walk, this is very rare in New York. Pet-friendly, you can here a lot of dogs here, the management team is very friendly and warm to residents and dogs. When you use the elevator you need keys, residents can only go to the floor of the apartment, it ensures the security The subway station is at the entrance of the lobby, so you don't have to worry about the bad weather. It's really convenient to go to work or go to school. The Club of the apartment is also very luxurious and attractive, it is only a few steps down the stairs to the gym

I am a neighborhood dog walker in the Long Island CIty area and I've been working with dogs for 10 years. I service Jackson Park almost everyday and every day I receive the best service from the staff. They assist me in meeting my clients needs by making sure I have access to my clients dogs. While doing this they also maintain the safety of their residents by ensuring that anyone that needs access to a residents apartment has the proper permissions. Joseph, James, Israel, David, Ramses and everyone else excellent examples of the best concierge service! Five Stars!

Spent a fair amount of time touring around LIC and the surrounding neighborhoods. I found Jackson Park to be the most beautifully designed, has the best amenities, and a great community. Building management was extremely helpful - Emanuel was great to me - he provided me a comprehensive tour of the building and subsequently helped me secure the lease despite very high demand for the unit in question. Highly recommend getting in touch with him he works as an agent at the leasing office if you're interested in the property and want the best chance of getting a lease.

I'm a former resident of your apartment. I moved out on August 11, 2022, but I haven't received the refund of the deposit till now. It's been two months! I received your email to confirm the address before. I sent you a new address but did not receive a reply. I also called management many times, but no one answered. My friends also have this situation. If you don't think answering the phone is important, why don't you just write off your management's phone number? People can't get in touch with you by phone anyway, so what difference does it make if you have a phone? If I don't receive my deposit refund within this week, I will file complaints. Could you please be more efficient?

Such a mess. JP outsources the package room to a 3rd party who is incapable of handling the packages coming in - so they gave up and just piled them in the lobby and service entrance. Everyone has packages that have been missing for DAYS - and are curtly told by package room staff to just go look through these piles themselves!! Anyone can just walk off with any random package. Unbelievable. This is what you are paying expensive rent for. Management needs to fix this insanity.

We’ve lived in Jackson Park for over 2 years and cannot say enough great things about it. The apartment is gorgeous, the staff are hospitable and management is accommodating. I can’t imagine a better place to live during the pandemic. The precautions the property took showed how much they care about their residents’ safety. Every person who stepped foot in our apartment said it’s the most beautiful building and apartment unit they’ve been in in all of the city. It is such a blessing to live right above Queens Plaza station E, M, R and right across/down the street from amazing bars and restaurants. If we were still renting, we wouldn’t have decided to move because I’m not sure it gets better than this.

Taking more than 3 weeks to get an extra key card for my son. Still didn't get it. Seems like no one is able to help. So I don't know when the extra key is ready. No one knows. No one can tell me. Front desk people tell me to contact office. But seems like I am talking to a wall. They take forever to reply for email and not telling you what to do or follow what they told you. Except how this management is working, I like this place.

My wife and I lived here for 3-years. WE LOVED IT!! The apartments are super nice we lived in one of the PH units in Building 1, and the amenities are the best in the area the gym and the rooftop pool are amazing. What we loved most about the development were the people - our neighbors for the most part were really nice, and the people that work there are awesome. The only reason we're giving JP 4-stars is because there is a pretty high ratio of international students that lived at the development while we were there, and many times they acted like JP was a dorm room. For young/middle-aged professionals, this was very annoying. If that ratio could be reduced, the development would 100% get 5-stars. Special shout outs to Ramces, David, Sokol, Samantha - you are all AMAZING and made our time at JP memorable. We'll miss you! Best, EAC
