This is a great place to live. It is located in the center of many famous places such as Gantry Park, LIC Ferry Station, East River, Manhattan View, and luxury restaurants. I think it's the best place in New York.
Clean. Great doorman. Great building super and maintenance. Very responsive. The only issue I have with the building is that the included gym is small and sad. I don’t want to go across the street to the gym and have to pay more. It’s not loud here. Never hear neighbors. Street noise is not so bad but we are higher up.
Worst apartment I’ve lived in by FAR, Rude staff and even ruder neighbors. very toxic
people are not always wearing face mask in the building or outside the community. The building surface looks OK but the inside property is old and the units do not have in-unit wash and dryer, people share wash and dryer in the laundry.
Really enjoyed living here. The building staff is very helpful and responsive. Residents are nice and quiet.
Building staff is very friendly and a great place to live!
Worst management. Doormen are great though
