Really nice staff, but the building manager Jesus Carlo, where real power lies, can’t care less about you. If you want to join a community when smoking weed 7 days a weeks is allowed in the building even though the lease clearly forbids it, move in! When you report to management for help, they ask you to keep reporting, no action, no rent reduction, just a life living in weed smell infiltrated room all year long.
The views on the 4th were the best I've ever had!
I love my view, however, I hate that my neighbor plays drums/guitar all day long. I don't mind the noise much but the vibration from the sound equipment keeps me awake. I sleep mostly during the day since I work the night shift in the hospital. I complained so many times but my neighbor doesn't seem to care. It's very frustrating. I'm so sleep deprived that it's affecting my mental health. I wish I have stayed at my old apartment walk-up building, lived on the 5th floor, small space but at least I got to sleep well which is more important.
Have been living here for the past 6 months and it's been a pleasure, front desk managers are so kind and go out their way to accomadate you, they'll even try to learn your name and memorize your apt number, which shows a lot. Our maintenance requests through building link are met asap, the environment inside the building and around it is kept very clean and inviting. This is all apart from the location, accessibility and views from the apartment. Truly a one of a kind experience!
TFC is incredible. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming and the buildings are spotless and modern. I highly recommend 4610 to anyone looking to live in LIC.
Do NOT move here. If I could provide less than one star, I would. The management at least specific to this building, are jaw droppingly horrendous. Additionally, the building is SO poorly made - you will absolutely hear your surrounding neighbors next to you, footsteps/dropping/thumping above, and those across. The apartment doors are hallow, not solid, so best of luck hearing your neighbors across the way even with both doors closed! I have asked which has turned into me begging for Mgmt to remedy the situation. I am surrounded by unacceptable noise gamers, what feels like nightclubbers; I feel like I’m in their living room or at a movie theater.. Unfortunately they do absolutely zero to help you, so never ever expect their help. You ask for them to help you so you can actually enjoy your apartment and to help enable you to enjoy your now forced lifestyle, and they think you’re asking them to move mountains. It’s appalling and I would absolutely not recommend anyone to live here. They’re so money hungry and that’s all they care about it. As I write this, I actually had to call downstairs because I feel like I’m in my neighbors LR watching TV with them. The doorman told me they weren’t allowed to call the nuisance tenant because it’s be harassment. Okay, well as a first responder who has to wake up in four hours to go to work, I’d appreciate the tiiiiiiiniest amount of support and effort. Not here folks! Don’t sign the lease, they’ll make it a miserable experience living here and if you want out!
Increased rent over 25% this year and 50% since I moved in. Very greedy, mafia style.
I think the building has a structural problem as noise is a huge issue for me. I can hear people walking, dropping or scratching something from ceiling, and tv, music, singing and yelling through the wall. Surprisingly, I can hear someone screaming and crying through the kitchen and bathroom vent. I've been living more than 30 years in apartments, but never experienced this kind of nosie problem. Sadly I still have long contract.
This is a brand new apartment complex that offers great views of downtown 4 stars for that! Unfortunately attempts to find my options for leaving our lease a couple months early left me communicating with a cryptic and nigh unresponsive TFC agent ended up wasting $650. Thanks for that, TFC... 0 stars
The doormen and staff at 4610 are the best. Issues get resolved asap. Beautiful views.
