Jacqui is an excellent dietitian. She really helped me get my metabolism back on track and taught me so much about nutrition. I highly recommend her services!
Very punctual and courteous, but the level of expertise was not to my unfortunately satisfaction. Jacqui Brockman recommended very general things like eating varied, and prescribed a high carb diet made of bread, egg, etc. Also said pasta was OK to eat. Doesn't seem like very good diet advice.
I was disappointed with yo-yo diets and Jacqui helped me to establish healthy and sustainable eating habits. She provided a lot of guidance and is very knowledgeable with recommending food options that are easy and nutritious.
