Amy Shapiro, Real Nutrition NYC, is the real deal. I came to her at the beginning of July hoping to lose 18 pounds. She fashioned a very doable food plan for me. Within four months I lost 25 pounds. Very happy with Amy's approach and my new bod.
Great service, super helpful. The guy at the counter knew his stuff and gave great recommendations. Free samples of products too! Found my pre workout for a great deal here.
I was slightly hesitant to invest money in a nutritionist, BUT after only a weeks of meeting with Amy, I feel so much better. She is easy-going, kind, and gave me great ideas about to how tweak my diet and exercise routine. I even fit into a shirt from my bachelorette party almost 10 years ago!
Amy breaks down the mystery of weight loss into manageable pieces. Her knowledge of products that meet my nutritional needs and strategies for eating out, getting through the holidays etc. gave me the conviction I needed to lose weight. She's great!
