I had a great experience shopping at JC Penney today. The sales person was very help and provided great assistance. I found just what I was looking for.

WARNING....DO NOT PURCHASE FINE JEWELRY FROM JC PENNEY!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR JEWELRY. I PURCHASED A WEDDING SET FOR OVER 2500.00 AND THE SET WAS WORN ONLY 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE FINISH ON THE BAND BEGIN TO FADE AND LOOK DULL. I RETURNED TO THE STORE FOR THEM ONLY TO TELL ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE I DID NOT PURCHASE A CARE PLAN. WHY WOULD I NEED A CARE PLAN I ASK....I WAS TOLD TO BRING IT IN ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR TO HAVE IT CLEANED AND MAKE SURE THE STONES WERE STILL SECURED. NEVER WAS I TOLD THAT THE FINISH ON THE RING MAY TURN AND LOOK WORN. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO, THAT IT WAS UP TO THE STORE MANAGER TO ISSUE A PARTIAL OR FULL REFUND. I LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL AND NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL. I CALLED 2 WEEKS LATER ONLY NOT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER BUT SOMEONE ELSE TO TELL ME THE MANAGER SAID NO TO ANY KIND OF ..REFUND

The online customer service is deplorable!!!!!!! I received an incorrect item ; right before Christmas and the RUDE MICHELLE (1598) DID NOT OFFER ANY APOLOGY AND GEE ATTITUDE WAS DISGUSTING !!! I see why stores are closing ........ It’s too many people looking for work , for people like “ Michelle “ to be employed

The visit was very good. I found the the perfect dress for a wedding.

Very scary....the employees were friendly and nice...very helpful....dressed professionally....the prices are just what my mom needs
