These are some of the nicest retail workers I have ever met. I know there are a lot of JCPenney's in the world but this one really she owes more like a local store just because of the way the staff smile at you♾.

Women made us feel dumb and like we didn't belong in there. We spent almost $300 on a suit coat to walk out in the weather with a plastic bag on it. Needless to say it got wet.
