Very overpriced. When I first signed up for the membership I was getting member discounts in the mail and was getting great prices on items but know I dont get any coupons in the mail anymore and this is from spending hundreds of dollars in here this year. They said if I liked them on facebook they would take 20 percent off on my last purchase sorry charlie that is not happening.

Just experienced less than poor customer service associate 463525. A rude and curt girl who has no business talking to customers. I asked 5 different questions regarding the clearance price versus sale price and received the same response a dry and put out”that is our clearance price”. She finally blurted “that’s the lowest price we will go” and just stared at me. Screw her and screw Bob’s, never again. Kohls had the item 5 dollars cheaper (Bobs wouldn’t match the price) and I’m sure the cashier would be pleasant, Im going to find out. 05/20/2018@1:24pm transaction#116006
