It is unacceptable that during a pandemic that a store as large as JCPenney has no soap in their restrooms. Asked an associate said it was being ordered but all it takes is Proactive management to simply buy some so their customers are protected

JCPenney at Newport Mall it's surprisingly cool I have come across many helpful people working there wonderful place to shop

I love shopping there. I got great deals and discounts. But I went early and couldn't find an associate to help me. and to pay I had to go to the first floor.

The store was really clean and organized. It was bright as well. This store is one of the anchor stores at the mall. Great location. Plenty of signage and sales. Helpful and friendly sales people as well.

Great place for athletic wear and sneakers! for cheaper than sporting goods stores for the same pieces due to sales!

One of my go to stores for clothing, where else can u find 2 pairs of kahkis for 14 bucks and a nice heather green shirt for 4 bucks its a shame its going out of business i hope not too soon!!!

Overall standard JCP. Found great items in last call racks. Low inventory in kitchenware and home dept but great selections on mattresses and beddings.

Cashier needs to be more attentive ! Floor girls helpful !!
