Sears

Was there yesterday looking for shoes for my son. I open one of the boxes and found those sneakers lol. I was there for a good amount of time and nobody came to see what I was doing. So whoever did this have plenty of time to choose the shoes he wanted

Not all product from all department present here in the store, disappointed to see no sunglasses available in Sears. Also the store timings are so wierd, it closes at 6PM seriously. Only thing I am glad to see the store is not so congested, all racks, tables are placed with ample distance. Thanks for that.

This is the best Sears up north! This store is huge with tons of inventory for the ladies. Apparels for the men. The only thing that kinda sucks is having to pay to park in the garage! That’s okay cause it’s Jersey City so that’s expected! They even have a Auto Center! How much longer will this place continue to stay open! Jersey City lost the Kmart but this Sears is above and beyond. You have two levels and the employees are friendly!

So, I saw an air conditioner on their website and noticed they had 2 available in the store. I tried To call the store no one answers. I hit A different department each time. It was approximately 2 or 3pm when I called So, I decided To use the chat option. This person tells me they had 2 in the store and I had To order it online and can not walk into the store where it is and buy it. I can Order it online and have it ready within 2 hours. I tried Ordering it at 4 am. Order is complete and I have A confirmation number. I kept Checking my bank to see when it goes through and nothing. I check My emails is the “we are processing your order” email and see a “we are unable to process your order call this number” I call It and they’re asking me security questions. Right away I think This is cool. They tell me to order it again. I get The same thing all over again. It is now 2pm and my 3rd phone call and 2nd chat with the security questions etc. Then I’m told I have To wait 48 hours lol in the middle of a heatwave with a toddler and a special needs individual in my home. Long story short. 10 hours trying to process my order. I have No air conditioner. I should Not have to go through all of this to beg a company to take my $600. I took my business elsewhere.

Seems like the store didn’t have as much as it use to in it. They were closing out Lands End. The employees were friendly. And they were helpful as well. Seems like the clothes aren’t as cute and stylish as they used to be.

The last man standing, for how long your guess is as good as mine. So sad that craftsman is owned by Stanley black n decker and that guy screwed up and so many people lost their jobs at sears and Kmart due to the closers

Last Sears in NJ. How sad. Sears used to be largest retailer in America. This store is noce,lots of mens and women's clothes and shoes. Also appliances. Very friendly staff. Definitely worth shopping here and supporting one of the few Sears stores lef . Good values galore!!!!

The Mattresses are too expensive, considering that you are taking home a floor model, and they look dirty. Please bring down the prices.

Sears was the greatest department store in the United States. I hope they make a comeback better than ever.
