They had contractors moving racks, and they refused to listen in how to load the racks they were shipping out to Warren, MI. What a mess.

Some reviews complain employes don't offer them help. I personally like the fact you can look around without being hounded by a sales person. Once we asked for help they were extremely helpful. They have a great selection. No frills. That's how they have great prices.

bought a cheap piece of junk recliner there. This thing was real cheap but at least it wasn't broke, only dirty. If I had to choose, I'll take dirt over broke any time, cause in a couple months of use in my rat hole apartment it'll be on the curb anyway. I spill so much pizza and crumbs under the cushion, that mice start building their nest day one. But even though the merchandise was junk at least the service was terrible. Overall I would have given it two stars, but they wouldn't come down on price.

Looked all over town for a deal on the kind of sofa I wanted and would have had to spend over $1000.00 anywhere esle. Found a great sofa that was just what I wanted for around $600.00. I don't need to pay double so I can have Starbucks while I shop.

Most terrible ghetto trashy company I’ve ever worked for in my life. Everyday I come to work I look around at the entire call center and question myself on how I got here, what am I doing with my life? This pace is entire joke, coworkers are extremely rude to customers and leads treat you like you’re their children. Morale is VERY low...thank GOD above it’s closing. Come on, it’s only right!! I knew I should have walked out during training when I saw they hired absolutely any and everybody from the W2 building!

Update: they never did get the correct shoes for me, but I did get a $20 gift card to JCP for the hassle. Not necessarily this locations fault but 2 of my online orders were shipped here and both orders were incorrect. Nothing was done to resolve the problem.

Wasted $35 renting a truck because their system was down and they couldn’t ring me out. I was back and forth in and out of the store with a tape measure at least six times for over an hour planning everything and no one said a single thing about their system being down all day. Great store but incompetent employees.

If it wasn't for the low prices we would have walked out. 17 minutes without anyone offering to help us when there 3 women standing at the register talking. Worst customer service we have experienced.

I bought a lot of my home furniture here nicks and scratched come with it but if your even slightly handy you can fix it or hide it. some things I would think would be lower others are not but hay I like a deal.

It's too bad that they're closing down but the customer service is great they were very nice but they forgot to give me items with each order I had called to make sure my order was there told me yes by the time I got there what's same day they said it wasn't there yet
