Mayfair location in Tosa was great. Brad greeted me quickly. Brad was respectful and honest. The product was over the top. Also John the store manager was awesome with helping with financing and tough questions. I love how they offered me something to drink and I even left with a great pillow. 5 stars all the way. My mattress arrives wed, a 2 day turn around!!!! Fellas thank you for meeting all my family needs
John, the store manager, assisted my husband me in selecting a mattress . He was very knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. We needed to leave to get more information about the upholstered frame we were considering purchasing at a nearby furniture store. He was happy to provide the details so that we could return later in the day to buy the mattress. Why would you consider buying a mattress online when you can try it out in their showroom? We are confident we found the product best for us with the input of John.
I was served by Jon today! He has the most welcoming attitude! He makes sure to take his time with every single customer, and he really makes sure he has his best interest for you. He doesn’t try to sell you what is expensive, he tried to sell you what is best! I had an amazing experience and i cant wait to use my new bed.
I purchased a mattress pad from Mattress Firm Mayfair. It was defective and under warranty. I want to commend the manager John for going out of his way to help me resolve the problem that I had. He showed honesty and integrity when dealing with me. Thanks John! 5 stars for you.
The sales people were very helpful at the store, I’m forgetting their names now! But we are very frustrated that we spent over $4k and still have not received our products and Mattress Firm has taken zero accountability. Our delivery date has moved 3 times now and it was Mattress Firm’s fault the first 2 times. We’re very unhappy with our experience so far.
I received a call from the manager here about my recent experience in Oshkosh. I did receive the $100 credit for the adjustable base. I was also supposed to receive a better mattress protector made of cloth. The one I received sounds like it came from a baby bed, every time you move in bed all you hear is crinkle. Anyways, the manager said he was going to send one like the one.he has at home. I have waited the 15 days he said it may take…..nothing. Very disappointed.

I don't frequent one often so I guess it's your typical mattress store. One worker on site. Plenty of expensive options but not many to choose from in the more affordable range.
