Jeddo Kabab

I have been a regular customer here. Up until today, I have always had a wonderful experience in Jeddo Kabab. Both the service and the food have always been amazing. Unfortunately, our waiter today performed extremely poorly. He was extremely rude. He was either not capable of doing his job or he had a horrible attitude towards customers. After waiting for 20 minutes to get our checks, he divided the total bill equally amongst everybody, and when I objected that why am I paying 17$ for a 13$ food he stated that you are paying 4$ of tax instead of going and splitting the checks properly. The owner of this place is very respectful and the food is not too shabby, but I think there are many servers there who are not qualified for their job. I give it 2 stars for the good food, but customer service needs significant improvement! Edit: I have been to this place several times and their service has improved.

The owner was very rude and not friendly at all. I asked about the origins of the name and he lost his mind. The name "jeddo" is not even Persian that's why I was wondering where did it come from. The food is not authintic Persian and I've known the real Persian food since I was a kid. Food was very salty and almost burned. Persian food must start with the famous fresh oven baked bread, white cheese and green veggies which these guys didn't serve. Honestly, this restaurant is a Persian restaurant wannabe not Persian at all. The lone star rating is for a young waiter for his excellent job. Drove from Cleveland for this place, so I wasted my time and money.

The best kebab in town! Love their lamb shank and hummus too. Friendly service in a laid back atmosphere. Great for groups.

While service is a bit slower than I would like, this is on my top 10 list of lunch places. My personal favorite is the chicken kabob. Scrumptious chicken, tomato,peppers, mushrooms, and a huge portion of rice. Recommended very highly.

The tenderloin kabob was okay, but the rest of the meal including the appetizer was pretty bad. I would expect to pay a lot less for this quality of food. I don't know how this place has so many 5 star reviews, but I will not be returning.
