Jenkins & LeBlanc Dentistry for Children

My 7 year old was in a major head on collision at school and needed ‘emergency’ services. Both front adult teeth were knocked loose, one very loose, gum damage and lip damage. They got her in same day (not her normal dentist), made her feel safe and kept her pain down. She also had a concussion and was throwing up the entire visit. They were so kind and helpful in all areas. They put a secure splint on her teeth quickly with little pain and scheduled a follow up to remove the split that day. All the staff was considerate to the situation and her!

Jenkins and Leblanc Dentistry for Children has done several crowns for my daughter from age 3. She sees Dr. LeBlanc. He never laid blame on me for her tooth decay. (Her siblings teeth are fine). We go for checkups and fillings now. The staff is professional and kind. The waiting rooms are posh and modern and offer video games and tv entertainment. The staff makes it fun with sunglasses and movies, tokens for tiny toys, balloons and ice cream. Overkill, maybe, but my daughter is afraid of dental pain and the fun things somehow make her still want to go back. They do everything they can to make her comfortable whether it’s toys, laughing gas, or full sedation as the procedure requires. When one tiny crown kept falling out he replaced it for free. We have used both the Prairie Village and Shawnee Locations. Getting an appointment is easy. He bent over backwards to get us in when one of my daughters teeth broke. The only weird thing is that all of the employees seem to be thin attractive young women. On purpose? I don’t know. This profession does tend to attract women.

The dentist are great! The front desk lady named Symone has no idea what she's doing. It took over 15 minutes for her to get us checked in. She tried to tell me my children didn't have appointments. It took two people to get us checked in. One being the office manager who was able to get us checked in right away. I guess the rudeness of symone is not what two kids who are already nervous want to walk into. The office manager found everything in a minute or less and was very sweet and apologetic.

Very friendly staff! They made my son very comfortable and let him know what was going to happen every step of his check up. The ice cream they give at the end is a plus!

We love Dr.Jenkins and all her staff!! They are super friendly and great with the kids!!
