I just recently started going to this office with an intense fear of dentists due to previous horrible experiences. Right away I was put at ease with the receptionists. Everyone was super friendly and my dentist is amazing. I just got two new front teeth yesterday with zero pain throughout the whole three hour procedure. I will never go to another dentist!

Amazing office! They make my 4 year old daughter enjoy going! Emily remembers us each time we come in and truly make us feel welcome. I have been with them for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience!

I have a special needs son who was grinding his teeth terribly. Dr. Markway was so very gentle and kind to Bryan. He also demanded perfection on the porcelain crowns he needed to make and put into place. Bryan was not a smiler----Now he smiles to show off his new teeth! There not enough words to express our thanks and appreciation to this office. I would recommend them to anyone. If they can fix Bryan's ability to chew---they can fix anything.

I had an apt there today, have a chipped front tooth, no major chip it’s just a small one, but it’s my front tooth of course I want it fixed. Got in, took X-rays, next thing I know I’m being told I need a crown on it. Ok, I understand, I can do that when I’m more financially prepared for that. Until then, why can’t you patch the front tooth so I’m not walking around with a chipped tooth!! I felt like I was given no other option. You have to get the crown. Period. I didn’t appreciate it at all. I’ve had my teeth chip before, and I’ve never been told I needed a crown on them. The chipped tooth had a root canal done on it probably 12 years ago. And I’ve never had a chip on it until now, and they tried to tell me looking at the X-rays that it’s had chips before so it’ll just keep chipping so you NEED a crown done. Ummm, wouldn’t I know if my front tooth kept having “chips.” No, it hasn’t. Not since I was a kid. All that’s been done to that tooth in 12 years in a root canal. Don’t get me wrong, the dentist was super nice about all of it, the assistant as well, but I did not appreciate driving well over an hour to see them since I don’t live in Gardner anymore, just to be told they can’t do anything to help me that same day. My tooth could’ve been patched today. That’s what I set my apt up for. Period.

Been with these Dentists for over 20 years. Yes the name has changed and dentists have come and gone. But I have always had a great experience with them. No problems ever, always great quality work!
