William Ledford, D.D.S. - Dentist in Kansas City

I love the lady who always does my cleanings and care. She’s super sweet and very helpful with letting me know exactly what I should be doing to have healthier teeth and gums. The lady who works at the front desk is super friendly as well. It’s one of those dentist offices where you walk in and she knows who you are, which is kind of rare these days. Just a great team of people working at this office!

I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the office and staff. William Ledford was amazing and so professional. I’m excited to have found a dentist that works with my work schedule. I look forward to taking care of my dental needs with this office.

The staff is very friendly and bubbly. I felt very comfortable here. They took care of all my needs and made things very easy.

My family and I had 4 appointments on Saturday, mw wife's being at 7:30 am, my 2 children's appointments were both later in the morning around 10:30, and mine was later in the day at 3 pm. My wife had became sick the evening before and I had just gotten home from working an overnight 10 hr shift at 7:45. I had just walked in the door when Dr Ledford's office called my wife's phone. I answered her phone and they asked for my wife, I told the lady, I'm assuming who was the receptionist that my wife was in the bathroom. The receptionist was very rude and hateful when she said that they needed to cancel all appointments for my family. She really never gave me the chance to explain anything. My wife was extremely sick the evening before and she totally forgot about her appointment and she ended up oversleeping. I understand that my wife was somewhat in the wrong for missing her appointment, but that's not an excuse for the receptionist to be rude and a real b**ch, I feel that they shouldn't have cancelled the appointments for the rest of my family

I wrote this gentleman a bad review because I was upset about a mis understanding. They took care of the problem. Since going to another Dentist office I have come to realize I was wrong. If you need a good dentist this is a great place to go.
