Kansas City Dental Center

If I can give this place zero stars I would. First and foremost I have never been to this dental office before. When I called to get information about the services I needed, the phone conversation was not professional. They need to better train their receptionist cause she sounded like she had no idea about what services they offer and she kept putting me on hold. Then I receive a bill saying I owe $35.00 because I canceled my appointment. First of all I was never seen, secondly I will never give out money to a business that did not provide me any services. I highly recommend finding another dental office, one that is professional and have better customer service.

My husband and I went in for preventive care. First time here. We told the staff specifically that we do not want anything that was not covered under insurance. Three weeks later, we get a bill for $200. Called the office. They said that insurance didn't cover it. Called my dental insurance provider. They never received a claim for my bill, hence the $200. Staff was unhelpful.

My wife has been going to this place for years. She said they always seem nice while your there in person, but they are always rude over the phone. I accidentally missed an appointment due to a death in the family and they would not let my wife schedule an appointment until we paid $35. My wife told Myra that she would have to go to another provider because she wasnt going to pay $35 dollars for missing an appointment and instead of Myra trying to work something out she told wife "ok have a nice day"

The front desk personnel are helpful and understanding. The dentist are really good and get right to the point. That's the main reason I go the dentist know what they are doing and don't play around about it.
