I can't say enough good things about CARSTAR after recently having work done here. Customer service was far superior to any other auto body shop I contacted in the Charlotte area. No other place was willing to even see me for a consultation for a month or longer. But less than a week after contacting CARSTAR, I not only had an estimate in hand but my car was already dropped off for service. Ryan Moore was fantastic and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I was updated every day via text letting me know of the progress, the work was done on time, and the final bill even came out less than the estimate. My car looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to Ryan and the entire team at CARSTAR! Absolutely a 5 star operation and I would not hesitate to bring my business here again.

The Receptionist had an attitude about a simple request to have someone confirm Carstar’s ability to do a simple windshield repair. After she spoke to someone she stated they could but would cost a lot of money which made no sense to me since nobody saw the car. Their customer service needs to be reviewed and improved. Try Mike’s Auto Body Repair down the street. A very nice man willing to engage in conversation about vehicle repairs. Mike is a really good guy and friendly.

Jerry and his staff, very professional. After we locked a definite date for the repairs, they kept me in the loop every step of the way. I dropped Mt car off on 8/19 with a target pick up date of 9/19, but they finished EARLY!!! I'm puckibg it up today 9/2!!! So excited to have it back. I was able to get my car, which had been in an accident, in way before any other shop in my area. They went thru the damage in a very timely manner. Sadly my car was totaled. Jerrys shop helped me get on with my car insurance. Would highly recommend them.
