Completely missed order notes on Uber Eats order, sent me the wrong sized sub and the food looked absolutely disgusting—discolored bread, way too much mayo, overall soggy and completely unappetizing order and presentation despite having paid $20 for an order online. Either they need to do better and management needs to have better oversight or they should be completely prevented from handling online orders since staff obviously cannot follow instructions. Based on that alone, I know the other low-ratings have to be spot on. What an absolute embarrassment of a business.
Clean environment. Friendly staff and fast service. Food was good too. Hours said they closed at 9, but I arrived at 9:06p and was welcomed with no problem. Not a Jersey Mike's fan but I'd return here.Food: 5/5
I don't know what happened to the subs but highly disappointed. It was very thin and very light. I ordered the veggie sub and the one that I got at the Sacramento CA location was fabulous the one in DC not so much For a $20 combo meal, this was not worth it.
I love this spot! The sandwiches are always right and one of the guys even know what my order is. Now that's special to me!! Great job team. All of you deserve a raise.Food: 5/5
Generally not a bad restaurant. But today, I'm starving. An hour ago I ordered two sandwiches from here that said they'd be delivered by 5. Over 40 min later I get a notice from Door Dash saying the order was cancelled, no explanation. I tried calling the store and no one picked up. I'm really hungry and I wish they'd told me sooner.
The customer service was terrible this Sunday morning. The girls were inattentive and did not want to take my order. It took 10 minutes to Place my order, 10 more to make my subs, and I was the only person in line. I believe they are not trained on proper customer service.
I really like this place. The taste is so different from the other food joints. They're open late, they slice their meats fresh for the subs. I always get the Big Kahuna. It's a spicy cheese steak, opens up my sinuses, so cheesy, crispy and flavorful!
The place was dirty food trash on the floor this particular day a lot of young people were working employees weren't wearing masks talking over customers food cashier adding toppings to customers food and handling their bread didn't change her gloves after ringing on the register or after handling other customers food left and thought about it called from outside and asked for a manager a young man tried to pretend to be one untill I asked for his name he didn't give it to me called me Boss laughing and talking amongst each other finally the assistant manager akir I think answered explained what happened told him I'm on chemo and have to worry about germs told him about the unsanitary cashier he was very nice and polite he apologized he did say mask were optional although he wears his he remade the sandwich told me I can keep or throw away the other one I appreciate the young man however the cashier who was unsanitary seemed upset about my complaint of her and questioned what was I going to do with the first sandwich no remorse or anything leaning on the counter running her mouth probably won't go back to this jersey Mike's although I live in the area the immature young people the non cleanliness of the store and non food safety practices won't allow me to return here
This is why I normally stick to one store when getting my sandwiches so I know what to expect. I use my birthday rewards to try out a new store. Maybe thats why the sandwich was rushed or half done; because it was free. However, I wouldn't come back because they shown me that they don't take time to make it right. I ordered a hot meatball sub. I wanted it exactly as it comes. There were only 2 other customers in line behind me. No one in front of me, no one sitting down, no big group coming through the door. And 2 employees behind the counter. However, based on this sandwich, you'd think they were swamped. The cheese was not melted probably because the sandwich was luke warm, and there weren't enough meatballs for all that bread. Now JerseyMike, you tell me. Does the sandwich I received look like the one on your website? Stars for customer service since they were friendly.
#6 big kahunna awesooome Sooo it's 8/15/22 I must say things has definitely changed especially how subs are Made. First I only order big kahunna chicken and turkey sub. I'm trying to figure out how is it that I get one layer of meat with all this bread! I couldve went to subway for that. The young lady acted as if I was asking for extra when in turn this is how the subs are made! Flat sub all bread big dissatisfaction a total waste. I won't go back to that location! Unless someone else makes my sub the right way! No good! And the new service sucks.
