I had a very poor experience today while receiving my food. The food was ok but the service was very poor. My sandwich was burnt not toasted. I had to repeat myself multiple times only to find out when I got to my car that she had given me the wrong type of bread. I think they should do much better with their customer service .
Potbelly rarely disappoints this was no exception although my sandwich had more mayo than I would normally enjoy. It was a good meal.Food: 4/5
Not bad but not particularly impressive. It reminded me of a Quick Check sandwich. The ordering process was a bit confusing. The food was decent. If your looking for a quick bite for a reasonable price this might be your place.
The food was excellent! However, the service was NOT. Slow Slow Slow and the staff was unprofessional. The line was wrapped around the restaurant with only one cashier but several workers standing around. Probably won't be returning. Big Turn off!

Every time I come here everyone has a bad attitude and they are all very unwelcoming. They don’t even say “hi” and I get eye rolls from the first person who asks me what I want. I can’t even ask a question without her getting an attitude about it. The sandwiches are delicious though I’d rather go somewhere else more welcoming.
Even during the lunch rush, the lines moves pretty quickly. The sandwiches are prepared right there. If you wanted to skip the line, their app is also very easy to use. I’ve tried a couple of their sandwiches and they never disappoint. Their chili is the best. I once had a happy accident and ended up getting a breakfast sandwich and I fell in love right on the spot. The staff is so friendly and really seem to enjoy their job. They take pride it in. They don’t slap your food together. It is always done with care and expertise. Potbelly is officially part of my daily routine. The location is also pretty convenient, whether you’re driving a vehicle, riding a bike or even walking from the Metro stop.
Placed my order online a couple days before my event. I received a phone call from one of the workers and they advised that my order didn’t go through but they did complete my Order and it was ready to be picked up. I can most definitely say that I am very pleased with the communication that they had with me especially on the day of my event.
I love the food but apparently they don't have a delivery driver on the weekend so when I placed my delivery order with them. And called to confirm my order... that wasn't mentioned at all. But they had no problem processing my money... they weren't even willing to fix it! just me waiting 3 hours for absolutely nothing and im not even sure I'm going to be refunded. And this is only for the Catholic location. Other locations have made efforts to ensure that things go right
I placed an order online but never got updates through doordash who was supposed to deliver it so I called the store to check-in and it showed someone picked it up but never delivered so they offered to remake the order and have it delivered. The customer service was very easy and extremely helpful. Definitely go in-store or order for pick up if you’re able to. I only ordered delivery due to covid cases rising.
