I used to eat here a lot late at night, if I wouldn't get sleep or felt no sleep early in the morning while homeless. I was homeless at the time, thank God I have a lovely home in Uganda-my home country. No one at all gave me a hard time while eating hereodd orders, my meals were always in order and very accurate. I have almost zero complaits except that the hospital always failed to keep the bathrooms well stocked with essentials like toilet seat paper covers and paper towels. However I do not put the blame on the restaurant but rather goes to the hospital that I think maintains the bathrooms. Be aware that they do not serve sodas but have all the charged juices from what I remember which a great thing avoiding unhealthy soft sodas. I used eat here in the month of August this year of 2022 while I was in Washington DC area while relocating to Uganda after attaining wisdom from US. Thank you staff working at this location, for taking care of us-you are all amazing and I love u guys because u always gave me what I always wanted/needed which I rarely got from other restaurants or Panera locations. All in all, please eat here whenever u can always, they server pretty hot meals, fresh and very accurate.
Happened three times in less than a month- After I placed my order adjusting my break time, they told me some thingsome recipe is missing. So, I have to wait another 15-20 minutes waiting for another order. This could have been easily managed thru the app so that I decide what to order. This particular site repeatedly runs out of some recipe ingredients. Please do better!!!!!!!!
I always frequent Panera whenever i have my appointments. Today, i did my rapid pick up like normal. When i got home after an hour in traffic, i go to enjoy my sandwich and...its not the sandwich i ordered. There are ham and swiss labels on the sandwich, but the sandwich is turkey or chicken, and doesnt have any of the toppings i was supposed to receive on my sandwich. Two stars because my soup was still hot. I will be contacting management after this review.
Just tried this new chicken soup. Man it is awesome. Perfectly seasoned and delectable in taste. Kudos to Panera Bread Wheelchair accessibility: Great access
Tuna salad sandwich everything was god and fresh and the soup was perfect my first time having tomato soup from you guys keep up the good workRecommended dishesSandwiches, Creamy Tomato Soup
The customer service ,the don't respect customer. Even the don't follow instructions when ordering the food. I order Chipotle chicken avocado. Extra avocados No chiken and also side bread but those who work in kitchen never read instructions .this happens more than for time. Why don't read instructions?
Can you see it? Cheese is an important component on pizza. Only modification was extra tomato. My chicken is stained red which indicates it was under a tomato yet no tomato ontop. Where is the bacon you ask? Me too. And the chipotle drizzle? Probably on vacation? The weekend crew is just that, the weak end. Constantly out of items and usually better in the morning. But its 24hours so beggers and choosers right? Usually I am impressed with the iced coffee in the am.
Best way to enter is via the Physician Office Building to the west, as other entrances to the building are for hospital use only
If you’re looking for breakfast on a Sunday before the Physician’s office opens, you’re probably out of luck. There’s no entrance that allows patient families in that doesn’t involve a convoluted runaround of the main hospital and the physician’s building. We were able to get in when the info desk said we should wait by the patio door for someone to let us in. We got lucky, but you might not be. That being said, the food was standard for Panera. The fast kiosk acted up while paying. The lost star is due to being inaccessible.
Only reason I’m giving this Panera location a 5 star not because of the food, but because of the EXCELLENT customer service Abrahim Mitchum Manager always displays and never fails to put a smile on every time I go there. This is the reason I keep coming back and for the food of course. Other customers seem to know him well and this is probably because of his great qualities as a manager. Panera is lucky to have him. P.S. Cinnamon Crunch Bagel is Life!
