Jiffy Lube

NEVER come here if you are not getting an oil change. Waited TWO hours to patch a tire. Ridiculously slow. I bet if it was not due to they are closing, they'll keep me waiting for another hour. I called ahead to ask if they are available, the guy is like "sure just come by". I did, and waited for an hour before they finally put my car on the jack. Took them another hour to patch it. It's funny they dare to ask me if I need an oil change today. ABSOLUTELY NOT after wasting my two hours.

They did the job and listened to what I wanted done while also considering what needed to be done. I knew what needed to be done and they showed respect for that skill. I was impressed that not one talked down to me because I am a very small woman it happens more than you think and certainly more than I’d like.Service: Brakes

I came here to get my oil changed before a long road trip, but after waiting for more than an hour to receive service, I had to go somewhere else. During my wait, only one customer was taken care of out of the three customers at this location when I arrived, and every time I saw the technicians, they were on their phones. Do not come to this location unless you are willing to wait all day to get your oil changed, because that's the experience you are in for if you come here.

Would have given 5 stars but I went to get an oil change, was quoted $99 and it ended up being like $137, when I looked at the receipt I was charged for a ‘special filter’ that wasn’t explained to me or included in the cost I was quoted. It just seemed like a vague charge and when I said to the guy who was collecting the payment ‘I thought it was $99’ there was literally and he didn’t even try to answer so I just paid and found out on my receipt ‍ I really prefer honesty as a consumer, that’s what will win back my business each and every time- even if the special filter was needed, I would have gotten it and left a review that left out this entire story. The manager rechecked the oil change I had done a week prior and corrected the situation, was over-filled by a half quart which was throwing a warning light message on the dash. Overall he remedied the situation and looked everything over pretty well and made me feel a little more relaxed with the service.

Super fast professional service. Completed my oil change and tire rotation within 20 minutes. Answered all my questions and were very helpful. Will be returning anytime I need an oil change.Services: Oil change

SUN 22MAY2022 I called asking if they change serpentine belts at this location. “CJ” stated yes, come on down. I asked if he wanted to know the make or model. He said no. I said I drive a Mercedes C300 & it’s a 25min drive there - are you certain I asked? He said we replace serpentine belts, I have a lot of customers here, just come on down. I did. 25min there with only one customer at the location I identified myself as calling about the serpentine belt change to CJ. After waiting a few moments he came back walking up to me & said ‘My manager said we don’t change serpentine belts on Mercedes, and just walked away. No sorry or anything. I’d like Jiffy Lube on Bethel to make this right for my wife & I, customers who regularly get services here, who almost spent an hr in the car, almost 30 miles drive to no avail, BC of terrible customer service. Please advise.
