Experienced great service here. A technician made an error with one of my tires and the manager responded in a very customer-forward manner, they solved the problem entirely and probably earned a customer for life.

My vehicle was towed in late due to a flat and there were several people ahead of me so it looked like I was not going to be able to have service that evening. I expressed to the manager that I needed my vehicle that evening to complete some route stops. He was not able to guarantee me anything but in the end was able to find a staff member to stay late and complete the work for me.

My family and I have been bringing our vehicles all years and types for the past +15 years. The management team, front line staff, and the mechanics are top-notch! They are all very knowledgeable, patient, and honest in their assessments of our vehicle needs. They go above and beyond to help us, their customer. Their prices are competitive and fair. And they always strive to work with our schedule needs. I am grateful for their continued service and care of our vehicles.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! The receptionist, Grace, was kind, helpful, and interacted sweetly with my kids who were having a hard time being patient. They did an excellent job on my car and we’re able to have all the work done in one afternoon! Will definitely go back for any further car repair needs!

I went in for a oil change. The receptionist, Gracie, was very helpful and polite! She was very quick to get me into the schedule and was very helpful. My car was not in there long, and once it was done the front desk did very well at getting me out quickly. Very good experience!

Now that’s service!!! Without hesitation, Jeff assisted us with a request that he easily could’ve said, “sorry, I can’t help” but he didn’t. He walked out with us and helped us solve our problem. We just needed the right tools and Jeff had them!!!! These guys are the best neighbors and a great neighbor service center. THANK YOU!!!!!!

The service was fantastic! They helped me get my popped tire fixed not too long before closing. I really appreciated their help.

Been coming here for years, I’m not one to trust companies with my cars. But the 2 I have worked with frequently are Jeff and Aaron. They seem to know a lot and explain to me what I need and things I might need farther along. Always ask me if they can answer any more questions. Always have no problem putting air in my tires. I will continue and told family and friends they should go there

Had three holes in one of my tires. Jeff got me in right away and they were able to patch two of the three, even put more air in the tire to get me through the day. Didn’t charge me a dime since they couldn’t completely repair the tire. Excellent service and a great shop.
