I priced a few different shops and Midas was the most affordable. I called last minute and was squeezed in with no problem. The manager Aaron J has excellent customer service skillsvery personable, knowledgeable, and positive. The mechanic, Jordan and Aaron visually showed and explained to me what the issues with my car were. Even the mechanic that didn't service my car was very customer friendly. Aaron and Jordan were very easy to work with and did an excellent job on my car. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and take pride in their quality of work. We frequently have the oil changed and maintenance work done on both of our cars at this Midas and I am always happy with the time taken to explain what needs to be done and why. I am sooooo happy to leave a review for the Midas shop located in Worthington. These men are top notch, professional and just a pleasure to work with. They make you feel like you are important and it's not all about the money. It's nice to go to a well known place like Midas that has that small town feel like this one. I appreciated the professional service they provided so much that I actually went and bought them all lunch. True story! I highly recommend Midas for all of your Muffler and brake needs. My first visit was excellent. The staff were friendly, prompt service, and the shop was very clean. On my most recent visit, I stopped by the shop and asked if they would replace the part of a bottom seat because it broke. A technician told me that they can fix it, so I ordered the whole part which was $134 from Toyota. So I scheduled an appointment one day in advance at Midas. Then, on the next day to find out they do not perform this kind of service. Basically, I ordered the part for nothing and set time aside for nothing. Next time I am not going to use their services and take my car elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this Midas. Aaron was incredibly helpful and provided a complimentary tire repair after I had a flat. My car is running smoothly again. I'll definitely come back here for any future car trouble.Service: Tires

I needed a muffler, Midas north of Graceland in Columbus Ohio ordered the parts and work was done on my car. I had my diagnostic appointment on a Thursday and repair appointment for the following Tuesday. The work was completed in the time frame Midas told me. Employees are positive and communicate well with each other as well as customers. Will return!

Aaron is great, came in thinking I needed new brake pads due to a squeal sound. He and his team diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. It wasn’t even the brakes! He could have charged me for new brakes anyways but didn’t. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days, will definitely be going backServices: Oil change

D did an excellent job eliminating the noise in the underbody of by SUV. Great customer service from this location by him & Gordon & the rest of the mechanics at this Midas location. Will definitely be coming back if i ever need service or muffler replacement in the future.

The manager Aaron was kind and professional, not to mention extremely helpful. He was just as great on the phone to schedule as he was in-person.
