Brought my vehicle in for inspection. My ca was a 2014 with 40k on it. They failed me for windshield wipers working on one setting. Struts leaking fluid, strut boot ripped, brake pedal falls to floor under pressure. I took that info and went to another mechanic I trust and come to find out there was nothing wrong with my car. None of the struts were leaking. Nothing was ripped and the brake pedal and windshield wipers worked just fine. So be careful out there because a lot of shady shops like this jiffy lube are taking advantage of people and committing fraud to earn a profit on false mechanical problems.

I don't want to give any rating for this with stars, but I have to give it (1) one star to be able to post a review.
My experience was Horrible at the Essex Junction Jiffy Lube. They cheated me out of my oil change coupon, charged me $9.99 more for a cabin filter. I called several times and got the run-a-round about getting my $9.99 back. I went to the Jiffy Lube location in Essex Junction, VT, spoke to the female manager and she was so pissed-off - she refused to even listen to me, let a lone give me any consideration to refund my $9.99.
WARNING: Do Not Go To This Jiffy Lube - 59 Pearl Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452. Be Careful Men and Women.

I've been here before and was very pleased with my experience. Fast, friendly etc. Today was a different story. I have a diesel Volkswagen and the last time I was here the guy at the desk mentioned that it was an odd type of oil and that they didn't always carry it, he advised that I always check to make sure they have it in stock first when I come in for an oil change.
Well, I tried to do that today.
The first person I encountered seemed so frazzled and stressed that I offered to come back later. I mentioned this particular oil that I needed (which I can't remember the name of now... but I knew at the time) and he checked with someone else who came over to tell me in a very rude, annoyed voice, "we have everything, we always have everything". I mentioned that it had been recommended to me by someone at this store that I always check first. He revised his answer to say he was "pretty sure" and I said I'd like him to check so that I didn't sit here for an hour without my oil being changed.
He spoke with a woman who came over to the car and actually yelled at me "look. We have it, ok!?!? " I once again mentioned that I was simply following the recommendation from my last visit and she snapped, "well I don't know who told you to do that, but you don't need to!"
I told all three of them that I'd prefer to have my oil changed somewhere where I wasn't going to be yelled at. I also asked to speak to the manager on duty (not to try and get anyone in big trouble, just wanted to mention the way I had been treated overall). It turns out the woman who yelled at me was in fact, the manager.
Never again.

I would never bring my vehicles here... I worked at this place years ago. What goes on in there would blow your minds. Managers asking for employees to work through their breaks, cars would constantly leave and come right back. With either the wrong oil filter or drain plug would have fallen off down the road. Their ''5 minute oil change" It takes more than 5 minutes to drain all the oil out of a pan. Employee's would either over fill the oil or not put enough in. Better off either doing it yourself or going to a garage in town
