It used to be a good place, a turnover in employees has taken it off my list of good business. I have spent thousands on my vehicles there in the past 5 years, I'm sorry I did not quit or get fired! I'm the customer remember!!!!! My car needs plenty of work and my money and I will be going elsewhere!

Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Here is a list of parts prices versus what they charged - Wheel bearing - $250 (actual part price - $128) Exhuast Y pipe - $145 (actual price - $93) Walker muffler - $195 (actual part price - $125) Keep in mind they actually pay less for these parts than the prices I listed due to the shop discount. I told my mother again and again not to go here due to their terrible reputation of cracking oil pans, leaving oil caps off, and other forms of incompetence, however she had them do work anyway. After charging her another $46 for a $28 brake hose they failed to even put it on correctly and she lost brakes completely while driving! I hope she takes them to court over this, these people are not qualified to be working on vehicles and for everyone's safety this place should be shut down.

Cons: Costs of inspection went up from $35 to $50 this year, the maximum amount inspection stations are allowed to charge in VT (They can charge between $35-50). The manager gave me a hard time over my license plate bumper protectors, falsely claiming they blocked my registration sticker, made me remove them under threat of failing my almost new perfect condition car, despite me never having a problem with the protectors in the past. They will fail you for anything, they even got a local veterinarian arrested for driving off too fast after they failed his car probably over some nonsense (read it in the Reformer). Charged my gf $80 for work on her car that another shop quoted $40 for, and they didn't even fix the problem.
Pros: The service guys (not the manager) were friendly, reasonable and professional, agreed to remove my bumper protecting license plate frames and take car of the labor of that for free. They accept credit cards for payment on inspections as well.
Conclusion: Will never be back.
Recommendation: Do not go. Call a few inspection stations, find one that does them for $35, instead of $50, and has a manager that is not completely anal about failing brand new cars in perfect condition for the smallest things. Also, go to an experienced mechanic you can trust if there's something wrong with your car.

Wow, my car has not been the same since I took it there for a domino effect saga of different repairs. I wouldn't bring my car back for them to check the air in my tires!
