Impressed when I wrote a review with a question the owner was here to answer my questions within less than a minute! I was first concerned about time but now realize they truly care.

Don't advertise no appointment necessary, drive-through state inspections and then tell someone who drove out of their way and arrives at 8AM that you won't be able to get their car in for the inspection until the afternoon or maybe tomorrow. Won't be going back, for anything! Waste of an hour of time off from work and gas.

I've always had great experiences here. Fast and reliable service. These guys have never steered me in the wrong direction when it comes to mechanical issues with my car. They will show me if there's any problems, give recommendations, and answer any additional questions I may have. The owner is a really friendly guy and the crew works hard. Still waiting for the day he lets me drive his charger. -Jacob

Went in to get two vehicles inspected this week and recieved a warm welcome with very fast service. They did find stress cracks in one of my rotors which I was surprised they even noticed it. They were totaly unaware that I have been a mechanic for 38 years and know what to look for in terms of dishonesty and lack of knowledge, they passed with flying colors. Very impressed that Barre has an honest, clean and very friendly shop In town. I just moved here from Florida a week prior and was looking for a job, I was so impressed that I applied for and was offered the position as store manager. If that doesn't speak highly of them, nothing will. I look forward to continuing their policies of honest, fast and friendly service with a smile. Stop by and see for yourself.
