I hope I am spelling his name right Chase who works for Jim Burke downtown. Even though the price was too high for programming my key fob. He made it worth 150 but Chase kept saying your are forgetting the 50 cent. Omg it was a line at 7am. I was in and out less than 30 minutes. Chase was honest and great customer service. Even the older man I should have gotten his name. It was 6:55am he said good morning came to my car and asked what service are you doing today?? I even have an old longtime friend who works there. Awesome service
Great experience with Robert Bell! I called about a SUV I wanted and he got right on it and kept me updated. Even on his off day! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle.
While everyone was very friendly, it took entirely too long. I scheduled it ahead of time and arrived on time. They stated it would be approximately an hour, so I walked to a nearby restaurant and had lunch. Upon my return 1hr and 45 minutes later my vehicle was still not ready. They said another 20-30 minutes but in total from drop off to pull off my vehicle was there from 1pm until 355pm. The only service I received was an oil change and tire rotation. Again they apologized for the wait and were friendly that's what gave then the 3 stars.
A great experience all around - Tekita Hartley is the best. She was friendly, personable, was able to answer all my questions and quickly got paperwork together so I could get on the road in my new car. She was very educated about the Outback Wilderness I purchased. She ran through all the neat features and extras because I was in a hurry. More than anything she was fun to hangout with for those couple of hours! Thanks Tekita!!!

It took longer than projected due to other issues. The team provided pictures to show the issue. Staff is always personable and professional. My vehicle is running like the day I bought it. Very pleased.
I truly appreciate Mr. Morris Caffey, service advisor for providing excellent customer service at all times. Thank you to the service technicians, that serviced my car. Everyone who works here is unbelievably friendly! We had a blowout driving from Tennessee to Florida and thank the Lord, they fit us in, had our tire and rim/wheel in stock. Their service department is amazing!
Well each time iam in for service,I read that a multiple check had been done according to manufacturer suggested intervals. I have no notes saying brakes were worn.if I had known sooner I could have avoided such a large bill.thanks for your service. Over all good
I Love this place the customer service is Excellent. Hanna is one of my favorites. The whole staff will tend to your every need. I will not take my car to any other place. They are #1 in my books
