Michael Cook is my wonderful sales expert :- cannot recommend him enough! I’ve been looking for a recently preowned sports sedan and hands down the Alfa Romeo Giulia mine is 2020 low mileage and CPO is best in class in my humble opinion compared the BMW, Genesis, Lexus and Audi that I looked into. The people at Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo are super nice and I’m excited to be a new Giulia owner! 07.09.22 Wanted to add a ‘shout out’ and five stars to Jamal in the Service Department. His team replaced a Y-spoke wheel they were kind enough to replace as agreed when I purchased my CPO Giulia and it looks amazing! Great service is hard to find!

I recently purchased a 2019 Alfa Giulia which was certified by Alfa. Michael Cook helped me through the entire process and was pleasant and professional. Michael arranged for me to test drive the vehicle immediately after it left their service department and before it was even detailed. After the test drive I fell in love. There were some cosmetic issues on the car that they issued a "We Owe" for because I wanted to purchase it and drive it home that very day! The team there made it happen. 3 hours later I was on my merry way. A couple weeks later I scheduled an appointment with Robert Harris in the service department to get the Giulia in for the cracked bumper, paint chips & door dent. They had a loaner vehicle ready for me 10 minutes after I walked in and about 48 hours later I was back to pick my car! Looks brand new. No orange peel texture from the paint repair. Overall I was extremely pleased with the entire experience! Thanks Jim Ellis Alfa!
My car buying experience has never been easier until today. Raychel Castro was very helpful and was a delight to work with. I am very pleased with my purchase and the process was quick and easy. I will definitely recommend anyone to this dealership and Brand Specialist Raychel Castro.
I don’t know where to start when it comes to this dealership. Refrained from posting last time and let things slide but not anymore. The only pleasant encounter was when I bought my Stelvio. The service department side is horrible. I walked in the service side and I told them I had an appointment for my oil change only to Jamal Diamond Service Advisor 4 hours later after no updates I went to the service advisor asking the status of my vehicle. No customer service etiquette at all. I was the only person in the waiting area as if the dealership was so busy for the whole day. I was told my vehicle would be out shortly. I had to get up and go to them to ask questions. Robert Harris would answer my questions as I ask but I guess I was passed off by Jamal Diamond. As much time as Mr. Diamond passed by me sitting down not once did he update me about my vehicle. There was no snacks so I went to the front desk and asked if she Brittany can replenish them. She was helpful by telling me that there is a Cafe nearby. I wasn’t even informed by my Service Advisor after waiting so long to make sure I’m updated and comfortable. I have never felt so neglected in any other dealership of previous vehicles. I believe 3 strikes your out because this is a normal for them. I deserve better so instead of me driving out of state to another dealership I will trade my vehicle for something better and where I am valued more!! Felt like a Spirit customer with Diamond Delta Medallion status!
I was car shopping and found Michael Cook the internet Manager at Maserati he was professional , had great energy , understanding great at listening , patience 100 i purchased a car from Michael he made this a great experience. The service department here is terrible. We purchased our Alfa Romeo Stelvio here, sales was great, but service is a different story. We have had multiple issues without any change. We contacted the GM via email multiple times, no response. They have a service advisor that is a bully and couldn’t be more rude. His name is Jerry and we have tried reasoning with him as well without success. I would not use this dealership for your service related needs. I schedule appointments here because there are not many other Alfa dealers around us. To be fair, I tried everything I could to reach out to the GM and discuss Multiple issues, multiple times without success.
The guys at Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo are great! Most of the buying process for my Giulia was completed online and on the phone, with no problems. The entire process was flawless! I highly recommend purchasing here and we will be back for a Maserati Grecale!
The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because of the efforts of Brian Foster, our salesperson. He was very accommodating and professional. Sure can't say the same thing about the rest of the dealership. We purchase a new Alfa Rome Stelvio and paid cash via a wire transfer. I certainly understand that they can't let the car leave until the funds clear and sometimes that can take a while. But rather than instructing us on the features of the car and/or getting it cleaned and fueled up, we were expected to sit and wait. Even after the funds cleared, we sat and waited, and waited some more, and waited some more. After HOURS, we were told that car would be ready shortly, now they were going to prep and fuel it. After another couple of hours to do 30 minutes of washing and fueling, we were told that now we needed to activate our account on the App. The young lady who was "helping" us with this task seemed very annoyed that we were there. After several attempts she gave up and said, she couldn't get it to work, coped an attitude, and left. Finally, after almost seven hours we were told we could leave and assured that someone would get the app working the next day. the next day Brian did call and indicated that if we left the car outside, the app would be activated. It wasn't. A week or so later I wrote a negative review on the customer satisfaction survey. This did prompt a call from the Sales Manage. His response was that the problem was with Alfa Romeo. My response was that I really didn't care. I just wanted it fixed. He assured me that he would PERSONALY take care of the problem. He didn't. The app still doesn't work, and I never heard from anyone again. I LOVE the car! In fact I am going to purchase another Alfa Romeo a Gulia but I WILL NOT BUY IT HERE. I've purchased two Kias, and a Porsche from other Jim Ellis dealerships and I have NOTHIG but the highest praises for them. The Alfa dealership, not so much. I recommend that you avoid this place and deal with someone else. Sorry Brian, I'd gladly buy another car from you, but not there!
