the most disgusting customer service i’ve ever encountered. i ordered a sandwich and it was missing a portion of meat. i called to get it remade and they refused to remake it or give me my money back and called me a liar! the female manager was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude from the second she answered the phone.. i worked at jimmy johns for almost 5 years managed for 6 months and i know mistakes happen. i was not upset at all until the woman got on the phone and disrespected me. all i wanted was a new sandwich. they just asked me a week ago to work for them! not happening!
Honestly one of the best experiences ever. Me and my husband came in around 10pm and everyone working was hilarious! The music was great and the banter between the employees and us was spot on. My new favorite yimmy yohns!
This is the best Jimmy John's I ever been too I always come during 9pm and the guys there are awesome to be around. The younger guy makes my food pretty fast and it's always right!
Came in to get food. Had to use the restroom and was told that I have to go down the street to use it because of a code issue, soon as I headed towards the door they decide to throw the chips I've purchased at each other, told them before I left that I wanted new chips, when I came back from the restroom they stated that that's just what they do, I told them, well if that's what you do then I should get a refund because ain't no telling what else yall do! He cut me off and said have a good night and I left. I'll never patronize this business again. That service sucked and why would you play with someone's food that just paid for it as soon as they walk away.
Im here at this store. The guy was in the back. He finally came out. Told him what I wanted with extras. He completely disregarded my preferences, wrapped my sandwich and told me he was done making it after I expressed he didn't add my specifications. He told me tonadd my own mustard ! He then told me it was cash only and then threw my sandwich in the trash saying he was closed.
Ordered food for delivery, website said it was “out for delivery”. Usually doesn’t take them long at all to deliver. With this order plenty of time had passed with no call, no knock on the door. I happened to open the front door and there was my food, on the ground, right in front of the door to be stepped on. Covered in ants. I called the store to speak to the “manager” who proceeded to argue with me because I “didn’t make a note on the order for them to call me when they delivered it”. They usually always call without me needed to ask them to. But I guess no one could be bothered to call or even knock on the door before putting the food I paid for on the ground instead of on any other surface available on the porch. The only other issue I had previously was having the wrong sandwich delivered to me but that was resolved with no issues. They must have new worse management and/or delivery people.
I have been here three times in the past two months because it is close to my house. I used to go to the one that was close to my work, but they closed it, so I’ve been trying this one instead. Every single time I’ve had some thing wrong or unpleasant happen. The first time my sister ordered an ultimate porker with cheese and extra mayo, and when we got home there was absolutely zero meat on it. It was just a veggie with extra meat. The second time, we got a BLT and added extra veggies, and when we got home and none of the extra veggies were on it. This most recent time, the people there were pretty rude and made for a VERY unpleasant experience. I honestly don’t know if I’ll return after this. Even before being rude, the employees were extremely slow and a little lost not necessarily their fault since it’s on campus and probably have a high turnover rate - never seen the same person working twice Just a little frustrated that this is the closest one to me, because it is absolutely not the one I would choose to go to. Probably going to start looking for other Jimmy John’s, because even though they might be a further drive the sandwich quality will more than likely be much better. Also Jersey Mike’s is not too far, and I would put their sandwiches head over heels over this Jimmy John’s.
This Jimmy John's location is a favorite lunch spot of mine. I frequent here for the past several years. They always have a great sandwich. They used to be "Freaky Fast" at all time, and you'd be in and out in just a few minutes. But since COVID and online ordering, you either need to be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes during the lunch hour, or go before our after to get in and out. Still a great sandwich and their service is typically top notch. They just get a little bogged down during the lunch hour, and their staffing during it.
I lowered my standards for Jimmy John’s years ago but this is a whole new low. 30 minutes after I ordered, it said “out for delivery.” An HOUR later, it said it was delivered but it definitely was not. I called the store after another 20 minutes of waiting just to ask where it was and the first thing out of their mouth was “will you actually be outside waiting this time? Because he drove by already and called you but you didn’t answer.” I explained that I had been watching the window the whole time and never received a call. They rudely said “fine he’ll be there in 8 minutes” and hung up. After ANOTHER 20 minutes they FINALLY arrived and my sandwich was wrong. They apparently called the wrong number, a perfectly understandable mistake, but the rudeness was unacceptable. I am FED UP and will be encouraging my coworkers to order elsewhere.
I used to like this store until the driver just sat my food on the porch... Of an apartment building and claimed she couldn't get in touch with me! And I didn't ask for it to be left at the door because I live in an apartment building on a main street in an urban area! I'm not eating it, I want my money back! It sat out there at least 10minutes before I called the store and asked about it. The person I spoke to called back and said "she just dropped it off, she left it on the porch because she didn't get an answer." Which she never tried to contact me, nor ring my doorbell The sandwich is hot! It's been out there longer than a few minutes! How do I contact corporate?
