We ordered a burrito, a bowl, chips and queso which ALL arrived cold. The burrito was okay as it had all the chosen ingredients. The bowl, however, was seriously lacking. I ordered the Surf and Turf bowl, expecting the promised shrimp and steak. What I received was a VERY small bowl with mixed rice I asked for only brown rice and literally 2 pieces of steak. Literally zero shrimp. We also DID NOT receive chips and cutlery. I understand that the employees are probably understaffed and underpaid but it just sucks lol.
I just had Qdoba delivered from the 3rd Street location and I am so happy with it. I’ve ordered from this location several times in the past, and I’ve never been disappointed. It looks good, it taste good, they give you plenty of it. I really wanted to make sure to give them credit for doing a good job. I’m going to include pictures just so you can see how much food I got. This bowl is so heavy.
This is my last time ordering Qdoba from this location. They do not care about the quality of their food. other than the photos that yousee, I received a bowl order that was completely wrong and it was ice cold. This location needs to do a better job. I tried giving this place another chance several times. this is the last straw.Food: 1/5
Beans and cheese are cold. Onions and jalapeños are not pickled at all as stated online. Corn that’s supposed to be in salsa is straight from a can. And there’s no guacamole which I paid for. Never again Food: 1/5
Last experience was annoying. Ordered 4 different meals. For the second one I asked for extra cholula chicken and barely got it. The the fourth meal I asked for cholula in general. There was more spoon than meat when she put it in the bowl and she tried to move on. I had to argue with her that the standard might be one scoop per customer but if the scoop barely covers a 3rd of the rice, it's hardly a fair scoop and I wasn't going to pay for extra just to get a regular serving. It was ridiculous and annoying.
Everything about this experience was TERRIBLE. The worker was very disrespectful to the other employee. He literally embarrassed him in front of us. He yelled at him, and to be honest the person the light skinned boy yelled at was literally doing all of the work. On top of that. They was literally high moving in slow motion. They was in another world. It was so dirty. The manager is not a team player. I stood in line for over 30 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. From the look of it they had a ton of online orders. The manager should have jumped in and helped the team. It was only 3 of them and they was struggling bad. The manager kept walking by scrolling on his phone. That’s not a good manager what so ever. I will not return to Qdoba ever again.
Whether ordering in-store or online, the poor quality of food and palpable indifference of the staff are the consistent defining characteristics of this store. My most recent order treated me to a burrito filled with undercooked rice, an insultingly sparse smattering of my chosen toppings, and not a single morsel of my selected protein which cost extra, I might add. And I had even left a 20% tip! I work in service & hospitality and I understand that every store and employee has off-days, but this particular location has never provided service that meets even my incredibly low expectations; it would be easier for me to cite the few experiences which have been acceptable and worth my money than to catalogue the growing number of poor experiences. The indifference and contempt towards customers—or perhaps work in general—the staff exhibits is unacceptable when I’m simply trying to enjoy a meal with my hard-earned money. Save your time and money and visit a location that cares to enforce baseline standards of service for their paying customers. Edit: After reading other reviews for this location, I was disappointed to recognize my own grievances already vocalized dozens of times, only to be met with an automated response written in the robotic, corporate vernacular which promises only a cursory check-off of a district manager’s binder. It’s frustrating to reiterate these same issues, which stem from poor management, only to have them fall on deaf ears again and again. To the robot which will inevitably reply to this review: please value your customers more than this lukewarm response suggests. Thank you.
employees are rude to you every time i've come there. it's closest to my house and i love qdoba so i frequent it, and every single time they act like you're inconveniencing them by being there, and talk to you like you're stupid. they almost always forget something, and when i order online for pickup, it is never ever ready and they have not started making it until i say im here for a pickup order.
They say they are open till midnight. All locations. Door is locked and they say they can only do door dash orders. You can't just walk in and get food past 10 pm apparently. Then you're forced to have a stranger drive a vehicle and pick it up. A burrito- a bowl with extra protien- 2 cokes- chips and guacamole and chips and queso. Is nearly 100 dollars after tipping a driver. This is with a nearly 10.dollar door dash member discount. Absolutely insane. Change your hours on Google. This is adding nearly 20 to 30 dollars of unnecessary charges. Robbery.
Ordered a door dash an hour before close my quesadilla had pork and chicken not one of the items I chose to be on the side and inside were with the order. I ordered Diablo queso I got no chips with my order. I went to the store at 1030 because the whole order was wrong. I was told they don’t have no chips and the ran out of chicken. As a former manager for Qdoba in Georgetown Ky. It’s sad to see people sending orders out that are knowingly incorrect just because you ran out of something you think it’s ok to put pork? This was the manager that told me this.
