First time here, staffwell the person made the sandwich was very nice. But good lort, the price difference was ridiculous, for the same sandwich. See picture attached. There's, $11.01 and my local Dixie Hwy location about 10 minutes away was $7.41. I didn't think the prices would be that different, but I was incorrect. The sandwich in the picture was from this location. Doubt I will return, unless I can't avoid it.
The food here is fresh and well-made, not skimping on toppings, but also not overloading the sandwiches and salads. The service was quick and care was taken with my order. It was pleasant and refreshing. Asalwats, the cookie was soft and delicious ious.
BEWARE this store DON'T take SUBWAY COUPONS I used to love this Subway but I think it has new ownership because they wont take subway coupons anymore! In the economy we are in now most people need a discount or coupon to use and for them to refuse to take them shows me a lot. The corporate headquarters has these printed and sent out for a reason I wonder if they know some of the stores are not taking them. I understand there franchised stores but why print coupons if some stores wont take them? This is why I only give 2 stars. Jarrod Help!!
Great preparation and very polite, but that place was a chaotic mess a bit. Has an extensive dining area and one wall plug in near restrooms my Moms phone was dead.
She was the only lady there but she was outstanding a great attitude food was good. Give her a raise
I always seem to get there when they close and won't take my order and I'm always early but low and behold they just can't do it. Very frustrating.
Very convenient place especially when I go to see a baseball game across the street. Orders are done fairly fast and since they are done the way I like them, you really can not go wrong with the order. If only....they accepted coupons..

I just placed an online delivery order today. 13 minutes after I got my confirmation email and after my card has been charged, I get an email that my order was cancelled. I call the store multiple times, when they finally answered I said I placed an online order not too long ago and 13 mins later it was cancelled. She said, "Yeah, we don't take orders that are fraudulent." I laughed and was like, how do you even know who this is or what my order is? You don't have an order number, a name, any information from me but you're telling me you know my specific order was cancelled because of fradulence? I asked her to read off my order number and she read a long string of numbers that I don't have anywhere on my emails so then I read my order number to her and she said she does not have it in that form. My info auto-fills on my card so there was no way it was typed in wrong. And my card was charged for over $33. So I asked, "How was my card charged if it's supposedly fraudulent?" And she couldn't answer me so I asked when I would be refunded and all she said was she doesn't know, they just hit void. This all really doesn't make sense to me and I'd understand if it was cancelled right after I placed the order and Before my card was charged. I never plan on ordering from this subway again.
AWFUL, I understand that during lunch times they are busier than usual. The lady was VERY RUDE, asking what and how many sandwiches you want, almost yelling at you if you didnt understand her, the guy making the sandwich was rushing you to make your sandwich. The guy with the black hair on the register needs to learn that you dont wipe your nose on your sleeve in front of customers.
